Each additional adult - $5.00
Children 12 and under are FREE.
Pets Accepted - $5.00 additional per pet, per unit, per day.  Guests with unauthorized pets will be asked to leave with no refund of rent or deposit.

2 night minimum on weekend and cabin stays.

Check In is at 3:00 p.m.
Check Out is at 11:00 a.m.

Credit cards or a 1 night deposit is required to hold a room.  Failure to cancel reservations 48 hours prior to check in will result in no refund of rent or deposit.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Cash. (No Checks)

Housekeeping services provided for cabins prior to and after your stay.  (Housekeeping services provided during your stay are $15.00 additional per day.)

Cooking is allowed in apartments & cabins only.

Guests must show courtesy toward other guests.

In the event of unauthorized overage of persons, Geneva reserves the right to refuse occupancy and have the property vacated with no rent refund.

Sorry, we do not offer roll-aways or cribs.

No Smoking permitted in cabins, apartments or efficiencies.

Additional linens for "cabins" may be checked out at Geneva Riverside.
